Ukrainian Intelligence Says Russian Military Train Blown Up

A key logistical artery of the occupiers has been disrupted.

On the night of May 31, 2025, an explosion occurred on the railway section near the temporarily occupied village of Yakimovka, Melitopol district, Zaporizhzhya region - a Russian military train was blown up. This is reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the GSD, the "freight train" was moving towards the annexed Crimea. As a result of the explosion, the train with fuel tanks and freight cars derailed.
