At least 26 people, 46 injured in Indian army strikes on Pakistani territory. This is reported by Reuters citing Pakistani authorities.
According to Indian police, Pakistani shelling in Indian Kashmir killed 10 people and wounded 48.
Indian media say one of the strikes hit the headquarters of the Jaish-e-Mohammad group in Pakistan's Bahawalpur. The group's leader Masood Azhar reported the deaths of 10 of his relatives and four associates.

Pakistan's Defense Ministry reported five Indian fighter jets and one drone shot down. The agency said the Indian planes did not cross the border and used long-range weapons.
India has not yet confirmed the reports of air losses. Reuters sources in Indian Kashmir said three fighter jets crashed in the region.
UN observers, according to Reuters, visited Muzaffarabad, the administrative center of Pakistani Kashmir, which was allegedly hit.
