In Belarus, Those Who Have Not Served In The Army Are Called To Military Training Camps

A precedent has been set in Mogilev region.

On May 27, military training camps of territorial defense forces started in Cherikivskyi and Krasnopolskyi districts. 200 men were called up for military training, including those who have never served in the army - they will take the military oath at the training camp, the local information portal writes.

The urgent reception point for the personnel was organized in the children's center of creativity in Cherikivka, from where the men were taken to the agro-town of Lobanivka, where the military camp is located, where they will spend the next month. They will also be issued military uniforms there.

The main attention during the training camp will be paid to the joint work of territorial defense forces and police under the command of district officials.

Those who have not previously served in the army will take the military oath during the training camp. All those called up are promised to keep their jobs and pay the average salary. During the training camp men will receive a military specialty.
