An enemy drone flew right over their heads.
Ukrainian band Ziferblat, which took 9th place at Eurovision 2025 and has already returned to its native Kiev, yesterday, May 23, gave its first concert after participating in the international song contest, writes unian.net.
But while the musicians were performing, an air alert began in the capital due to a massive Russian attack, and an enemy drone flew right over their heads.
Reminder that this night Russia struck Ukraine with 14 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles. Kiev, as well as Dnipropetrovsk, Odessa and Zaporizhzhya regions were under attack, but the enemy directed its aggression most of all at the capital.
Luckily, no one was injured during the concert of the Ziferblat band.
"The concert went fine, but after its completion we were supposed to have a small meeting with the listeners. But when it started, there was an air alert in Kiev and a shahed was flying nearby. I was aware of that and I asked you to leave the area because it is dangerous. I ask you very much, I urge you not to neglect the air alert. We will meet many more times, but our health is more important," - said vocalist Daniil Leshchynsky.
