Belarusian citizen Alexei Vladimirovich Chernyshev was handed over to the Russian side as part of the prisoner exchange on May 23. This was reported to "Radio Svaboda" in the Ukrainian project "I Want to Live".

Chernyshev's name was on the lists of Belarusian citizens who are fighting on the side of Russia, previously published by the Ukrainian project.
