This is the first known export success for Magura's marine drones.

This is the first known export success for Magura marine drones, and the entry into the very closed U.S. weapons market directly indicates that Ukrainian marine drones could conquer the Pacific Ocean as well.

U.S. drone manufacturer Red Cat Holdings is entering the marine unmanned systems market through a partnership with an unnamed but world-leading manufacturer whose marine drones are "tested daily in real combat conditions."

As Defense Express writes, the announcement does not specify the name or partner country, but aspects such as the fact that these drones have logged "10,000 hours in real combat missions" and have many successful encounters with the enemy, "more than any fleet since World War II", there are no more options left.

The publication noted that finally all questions fall away when looking at the illustration and technical specifications of this drone, which is 7 meters long and completely identical to the Magura V7.

The company said in a statement that production of the drone in the US will begin in the second half of this year.

The Magura V7's advantages include that the drone has "increased range, payload capacity and mission flexibility, making it ideal for deep strike missions, anti-ship warfare and coastal operations in contested areas." The publication noted that the obvious area of use for the Magura V7 would be the Indo-Pacific.

The publication recalled that who the manufacturer of the Magura maritime drones is remains unknown.
