They consisted of five items.

The head of the delegation from Moscow, an aide to Russian dictator Vladimir Medinsky, has named a number of maximalist demands from the Kremlin at talks in Istanbul with representatives of Ukraine.

This is reported by Clash Report.

According to the Western publication, the head of the Russian delegation at the negotiating table with representatives of Ukraine in Turkey voiced five demands, which relate to:

"neutrality" of Ukraine,

rejection of reparations,

rights of Russian speakers,

"recognition" of the occupation of Ukrainian territories,

and withdrawal of the AFU from a number of areas for an immediate ceasefire.

For more details on each of the points:

"Neutral" Ukraine: there should allegedly be no foreign troops or weapons of mass destruction on the country's territory, similar to the "Austrian neutrality model."

No reparations: both sides should allegedly renounce any claims for reparations due to the war.

Rights of Russian speakers: Ukraine should adopt European standards for minority rights and put an end to "nationalist propaganda."

"Recognition" of territories: Ukraine allegedly should not deny Russia's "constitutional" claims to five Ukrainian regions (Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia and Crimea), and the Kremlin seeks international "recognition" for the occupied territories.

Condition for an immediate ceasefire: Ukraine's Defense Forces allegedly should withdraw from all five regions of Ukraine claimed by Russia.
