Zelensky: Russia Has Launched Offensive Actions In All Directions

The Ukrainian president spoke about the situation on the front during a press conference with Erdogan.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said during a press conference following a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan that Russian occupation troops have already started their offensive actions in all directions on the front line.

"They have been launched in all directions. The main direction was exactly Sumy. There were really 67,000 Russian troops concentrated there. We took appropriate steps to prevent them from uniting. Therefore, the Russians are now working to rebuild and regroup their forces," he stressed.

He said that the Ukrainian military has been feeling this constant offensive of the invaders for several months.

He also added that the Ukrainian position is written in our Constitution that Crimea is part of Ukraine, and Turkey supports the position that the peninsula is Ukrainian.

He once again stressed that Ukraine does not legally recognize all the temporarily occupied lands as Russian. The head of state added that our country was ready to discuss the humanitarian situation in the VOT.
