Special Tribunal For The Russian Federation Becomes A Reality: The Council Of Europe Has Made A Decision

The decision was taken in Luxembourg during the annual meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.

The Council of Europe has made an important step towards holding the Russian leadership accountable - it supported the creation of the Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression.

The head of the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the PACE Maria Mezentseva announced this .

The decision was made today, May 14, in Luxembourg during a meeting of the Committee of Ministers.

"Many thanks to colleagues from the Office of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers for their work and to our delegation to PACE, which fought for this decision from the very beginning," Mezentseva added.
